January 2010 SOTM blog hop!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!   2010  I remember sitting at my desk in 4th grade, wondering what my life would be like in the year 2000.  Thinking that I would be 43!!!  How old...and now 10 years later..... Time goes by SO fast.  I constantly remind myself to enjoy each and every day and be thankful for all of the blessings in my life. I hope the new year brings great joy, health and success for all of you.

I'm not so good at keeping New Year's resolutions, but I do have a lot of plans for myself.  I have already enrolled in a few GREAT technique classes in the spring, hoping to take my craft to the next level. I'm looking forward to sharing my new knowledge with all of you.

CTMH just keeps on getting better with each new catalog.  We have some GREAT new papers, stamps and embellishments to play with!!!! And I LOVE the stamps of the month!  The January set, True Friends, is a set of 11 stamps. I used my new favorite paper pack, Veranda for this card.

We again have over  60 very talented Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using the SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs.  If you have come here from  Mary Eisens' blog, you are on the right path!***  To continue on - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Next, you'll be hopping on to Laura Dames' blog.  If you get lost along the way, you can see the complete list on Jena's blog.

  5. Wow - taking a closer look at this card is needed to see the cut out opening of the frame & that the sentiment is on patterned paper....all the texture, depth, details - very pretty!

I also love how different the Veranda papers can look depending on the cardstock colors used. This card would work for a man or a woman.
